When do I pay?

Can I change or cancel a request?
Any time before the purchase is placed — just reply to the quote email. Once the order is with the retailer, changes follow that retailer's own returns policy, and we will help you work through it.
What can't you buy?
Anything unlawful to ship or restricted by carriers: hazardous materials, weapons, perishables, counterfeit goods and similar. If you are unsure about an item, ask first — we would rather tell you before you have paid.
Do you check items before forwarding?
Yes. Everything arrives at Ava Fulfillment in Wilmington and is inspected against your order before it ships onward, so problems surface in Delaware rather than at your door.
